Taylor Momsen the 16-year-old star of the CW show “Gossip Girl” was photographed walking around in an extremely short skirt and what appears to be garters.
Obviously this is a power move by Taylor to steal Miley Cyrus’ crown as the sluttiest underage actress. I must admit that the garters and torn fishnet stockings really are “classic whore”. While Miley’s slutty wardrobe seems to mainly consist of the less refined booty shorts.
If Taylor Momsen keeps this up she will easily be the sluttiest underage whore in Hollywood. Kudos to her! Here are the pics of Taylor slutting it up.
