For 10 episodes of The Vampire Diaries, Paul Wesley has been doing battle with Ian Somerhalder.
The portrayal of Stefan and Damon Salvatore by these handsome actors has been the key to that show’s early success on The CW.
But Wesley will soon have competition for hottest series star from another source, as Sean Faris debuts on the drama in early 2010.
Faris, whose previous best-known role was on the short-lived Fox show Reunion, comes aboard The Vampire Diaries in the role of a bartender named Ben. Will he suck blood, or merely suck face with female characters on the show?
